At Bespoke Diamonds, we operate by appointment only from a private office setting—not a traditional browse-as-you-go shop. This means your consultation will be personal, focused, and completely tailored to you.

To make the most of your appointment, we strongly recommend doing a little inspiration-gathering before you visit. It doesn’t need to be too in-depth—but having a general idea of what you like can really help guide the experience.

💬 Step 2: The Creative Consultation

During your consultation, you’ll meet with a dedicated ring consultant in a private office. This session is designed to be informative and pressure-free. Here’s what to expect:

• Design Exploration: Browse through hundreds of ring designs, settings, diamonds, and gemstones to find inspiration.
• Material Guidance: Learn about different metals, diamond qualities, and gemstone options.
• Budget Discussion: We work within your budget to create a ring that meets your desires without compromising on quality.

Once you’ve settled on a design, our in-house CAD designer will create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawing of your ring and a wax model if desired. This allows you to:

• Review the Design: See a detailed 3D representation of your ring.
• Try it on: The wax model can be tried on to see how the size, shape and design will feel
• Request Adjustments: Make any changes to ensure the design aligns with your vision.
• Approve the Final Design: We proceed to crafting only after your full approval.

🔨 Step 4: Crafting Your Ring

With the design approved, our skilled craftsmen begin the creation process:

• Wax Model Creation: A wax model of your ring is produced, which can be viewed in-store or sent to you.
• Metal Casting: Your chosen metal is cast, and the ring is assembled.
• Stone Setting: Diamonds or gemstones are meticulously set.
• Finishing Touches: The ring is polished and inspected for quality.

The entire process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

💍 Step 5: Collection and Aftercare

Once your ring is ready, we’ll invite you to our office for collection. During this appointment:

• Final Inspection: Try on your ring to ensure it fits perfectly.
• Resizing: We offer one free resizing within 30 days of collection.
• Customization Flexibility: If the ring was a surprise and your partner desires changes, we provide options to replace, modify or redesign the ring within 30 days, provided it hasn’t been worn and isn’t an overly unusual design.
