Our goal at Bespoke Diamonds is to ensure your purchase arrives with you in perfect condition and as soon as possible.
In general, all delivery is through registered post and typically arrives within 1-5 working days.
If your item(s) is being custom designed, the time may vary to up to 5 weeks. However, we will update you with an accurate expected arrival date.

Delivery charges are as follows:

• Free post within Ireland through Registered post with An Post
• Free trackable worldwide shipping with DHL
• If you have selected a metal not in stock or a piece which has to be remade, it can take up to four weeks to make.
• Free ring resizing within 30 days of purchase
• We provide complimentary inspection and sonic cleaning for rings and jewellery purchased through our showroom or website

All EU orders include 21% VAT.
Non-EU orders are exclusive of 21% VAT.
All duties and taxes on import to a non-EU destination must be covered by the customer.

Bespoke Diamonds have the right to revise and amend this delivery information when necessary.
