Bespoke Diamonds works closely with eight of the world’s leading diamond dealers and diamond wholesalers. We are an Irish owned company operating an ‘appointment only’ service to individuals looking to purchase engagement rings, wedding rings, eternity rings and gemstone rings, along with other jewellery pieces, loose diamonds and bespoke custom made styles. We were awarded the 2014 and 2015 title of ‘Jeweller Of The Year’ from weddings Online.

How are prices are so competitive?

There are two main reasons why we are more competitive than other jewellers and other ‘appointment only’ jewellers

1. our low overheads allow us to pass significant savings onto our customers
2. by teaming up with a network of diamond dealers, who buy in large quantities, significant discounts are obtained which we can pass onto our customers

Are all rings on the website in stock?

We spend a lot of time maintaining our website. While we sell many rings weekly we try to keep the website as relevant as possible. We do this by including prices and videos of our rings in an effort to create the best experience for our customers.
The prices on the website may be amended for your budget for example if you see a 1.0ct diamond ring outside your budget, we may be able to offer a 0.90 carat diamond for your budget in the same setting.

Where are our diamonds sourced?

All our diamonds are ethically sourced. The majority of our stock is from our diamond dealers who have large stakes in diamond mines located in Australia and Canada. Our diamonds are certified by the most reputable grading bodies GIA, IGI and HRD

We only sell diamond cut grades at the top of the spectrum meaning our diamonds will always have exceptional sparkle.

Do you hold stock of rings?

We have a few hundred rings in our Dublin showroom for you to view. If you see a ring you like and if it fits, you can leave with it the same day.

If we need to amend the finger size or amend the diamond, it may take 24-48 hours to amend.

Can you assist me design my own ring?

At Bespoke Diamonds, we can assist you create your perfect engagement ring. Our designer (based in Dublin) can create almost any design within approx 3-4 weeks. The quality of his work and attention to detail is second to none. We can create designs from images or descriptions and provide a CAD drawing of how the ring would look when complete.

Can I purchase from another country?

We are fully VAT refund registered so if you purchase a ring outside the EU, you can make significant savings by reclaiming the tax on the ring you purchase.

How can I pay for a ring?

You can pay in whatever way is most convenient for you. We accept credit cards and debit cards; bank transfer; bank drafts or cash with a full VAT receipt being issued at time of purchase

Do you supply loose diamonds or settings?

Yes if you have your own setting we can source the best diamond for your budget and have our diamond setter set it for you.
If you have your own diamond or wish to upgrade your engagement ring, we can supply you with a setting and set your diamond. We can also create a bespoke setting for your diamond to suit your taste and style.
