Affiliate Terms of Use

As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of Bespoke Diamonds, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Bespoke Diamonds as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to Bespoke Diamonds by your own website or personal referrals.

By signing up for the Bespoke Diamonds Affiliate Program (Program), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.

1. Referrer Rewards

• Referrers will receive one of the following per eligible referral:

  • €100 via bank transfer

  • OR €130 Bespoke Diamonds credit voucher (non-transferrable, valid for 12 months)

• This is a flat reward per qualifying referral. It is not commission-based and does not vary with the purchase amount.

2. Referee (New Customer) Reward

• Referred customers will receive a Complimentary Jewellery Care Plan for 12 months (valued at approx. €200), which includes:

  • Annual ultrasonic cleaning and polish

  • Ring re-sizing (once)

  • Stone check and tightening

  • Lifetime warranty consultation and priority booking

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum purchase value: €2,000 or more for a single item (or items agreed at one wedding ring consultation)

• Referral must not have previously been in contact with Bespoke Diamonds either as a consultation or customer.

• Referral must book or purchase after using the referrer’s unique link. This is tracked automatically. 

• Referrals must not be combined with any other offers, including but not limited to:

  • Sales or promotional discounts

  • Humm Financing

  • One4All vouchers

• Referral must be from a registered and approved referrer (customers or influencers only)

• Programme is valid in the Republic of Ireland only (exceptions must be pre-approved)

4. Payment Terms

• Referral rewards are processed quarterly and are eligible for payout a minimum of 30 days after the ring has been collected by the referred customer.

• Worked example:

  • Consultation: 1st February

  • Ring made and collected: 15th March

  • 30-day clock starts: 15th March

  • Eligible for quarterly payment in April payout cycle

• If a referred customer cancels, returns, or receives a refund, any associated reward will be cancelled or reclaimed if already paid.

• Referrers must submit or confirm bank details. If payment details are not received within 6 months of eligibility, the reward is cancelled.

5. Programme Rights & Conduct

• Bespoke Diamonds may cancel or amend the referral programme with 30 days’ notice.

• Any referrer found to be misusing the programme or engaging in misconduct (spam, fraud, misleading claims, etc.) will be removed without notice, and pending rewards will be voided.

• Referrers may not advertise their referral links via paid ads, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media advertising, or any form of PPC.

• Referrers wishing to use their referral links on their websites, social media bios, or similar must obtain prior written permission from Bespoke Diamonds.

6. Registration & Responsibility

• It is required that referrers register through our system to receive a referral link and ensure referrals are tracked accurately.

• Referrers should provide this link to referrals to visit the site and book their appointment/make their purchase. Referrals who do not use a referral link cannot be tracked by Bespoke Diamonds. 

• Bespoke Diamonds cannot accept responsibility for referrals that did not use the referral link.

7. Data Use

• Personal data provided as part of the referral scheme is handled in accordance with Bespoke Diamonds’ privacy policy and used solely for tracking and communication related to the programme.

8. Indemnification

• Referrers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bespoke Diamonds and its associated entities from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their participation in or promotion of the referral programme.
