Our silver sample service

Because you need to know?

If you have seen something you like but would like to try it on first, and can’t visit our Dublin showroom, we can send you a silver sample of the ring you are interested in.

Our silver samples are exact replicas of the designs we offer, but made from silver and set with cubic zirconia stones (these are essentially diamond replicas).

In most cases, we will have the exact one you require, but if we only have for example a 0.50ct version, and you wanted to see a 0.70ct version, we will try to include a 0.70ct cubic zirconia stone so you can see the difference in size.

How much does it cost?

We will require a €150 fully refundable deposit (per ring), refunded to you upon safe return of the sample (we will include a Stamped Addressed Envelope for the return). Some items or rings are €150 – €250 (per sample) due to the designs being more complex, we will contact you to clarify if this is the case.

Please note, that our samples are made to a stock size of approx. size M or size N, we cannot send you a sample in your particular ring size.

Silver Sample Service

A maximum of only 3 rings can be ordered for any couple.

  • Please Note: If after seeing the samples you wish to see more, we will not be able to cover the cost of postage second time around, therefore, we will send through a payment request again for the samples you require, plus €20 to cover the cost of the postage both ways. So the second time we will require €170 of which, €150 will be refunded and €20 inc VAT will be retained.

    Terms and Conditions: When returning samples in the pre-paid envelope, the envelope must be taken to a post office so that it’s tracked upon it’s return. This service is only available within Ireland.

    We can only send generally 2-3 samples at a time, and we do require that you return the samples within 48 hours of receipt please.

    The sample can be tried on but must NOT be worn as this will mark/damage the ring. If the ring is returned and has been worn/damaged we reserve the right to keep your €150 deposit.

    If the ring is not returned, we will charge you for the true cost of the sample ring (in some cases this is up to €300 per ring).
